Custom Home Design

Our custom home design process starts with a meeting on site to see your property and learn about your vision. We will talk about your lifestyle, your likes and dislikes, your taste and your needs and wants for your future space. We then begin to develop ideas into drawings.

At our next meeting, we’ll review the concepts we’ve developed. Once approved by you, we’ll start working on the working drawings and building permit submission.

Once through the municipal process, the permit documents are handed over to your chosen general contractor. If you don’t have one, we have plenty trusted companies that we work with.

But don’t worry, we’ll still be around until the end of the project, always available to liaise with the general contractor and the City and carry out site visits to ensure consistency with the design drawings.
